Overview
W2CBW0015 from Wi2Wi's Maximum Performance (MX) series is a Single-Band (2.4GHz) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0 + HS Multi-Band module. This WiFi bgn + BT Combo hosted module bundles excellent performance with industry's best integration in a small form factor. It provides easy, flexible and scalable way for device and appliance manufacturers to add Wifi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 3.0+HS capabilities to their products. It is a complete wireless (WLAN + BT) system-in-package (SiP) that includes integrated MAC, baseband, RF front-end, PA, crystal, switch, filter and EEPROM for calibration data and MAC address storage. This bgn Wi-fi plus Bluetooth combo module offers SDIO 2.0 host interface for easy connection to all leading 32 bit processors running Linux, Android and Windows operating systems. This module is certified for global markets and supports full operation in extended operating temperature range.

The W2CBW0015 Evaluation kit (W2CBW0015 Dev-1) enables the customer to evaluate W2CBW0015 module and integrate into their end system with substantial reduction in end customer's RND efforts, resources, budget and time to market. The Kit comes with Single Band IEEE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 3.0 & HS module Evaluation Board and 2.4GHz Rubber Duck Antenna. The board is designed in SD Card shape for easy compatibility with various Microprocessor development platforms, such as NXP/Freescale i.MX6, TI and standard Laptops (with SDIO connector). A complete software driver support for Linux, Android and Windows operating systems and all related collaterals will help the user to evaluate this WiFi + BT Combo module.

The W2CBW0015 Development kit (W2CBW0015 Dev-2) is a plug and play system. It enables customer to evaluate, integrate and develop software for their end system. The Kit comes with W2CBW0015 Evaluation board, i.MX6 development platform, all necessary accessories and tools. The related collateral explains one click demo program and other sample programs which customer can leverage to their end applications.
